Friends of Sheba Medical Center

We're gearing up to host the first international summit, "The Future Hospital: Setting Strategies for 2030 & Beyond."

The challenge to generate a series of innovative concepts that could be injected today into the "hospitals of tomorrow," will be the focus of a first summit that will be held at Sheba Medical Center-Tel Hashomer from October 21-23.
Sheba International, a division of Sheba Medical Center at Tel Hashomer will be hosting the International Summit, where a select group of some of the world's top healthcare executives and innovators will work in tandem with Sheba's medical and healthcare experts in round-table discussions, in efforts to tackle the various issues, changes and challenges facing the leading academic hospitals of tomorrow and suggest a roadmap for the future.

Amongst some of the top healthcare executives who will be participating is Charles N. Kahn III, President, and Chief Executive Officer of the Federation of American Hospitals USA and the Summit Co-Chairman.

"We are at a critical point in health care, where technology and scientific advancement, as well as increased understanding of patient care, is enabling us to diagnose and treat effectively outside the hospital in ways never imagined before. In a first-of-its kind meeting, Sheba Medical Center is bringing together top leaders and minds from around the world to confront the implications of these challenges for their vital institutions."

Stay tuned for more on the upcoming summit!
